Board Reviews Ag Society Audit, Approves Juvenile Services Grant Application

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Board approved a $72,000 grant application for community based juvenile services.

Laura Osborne, director of the Four County Juvenile Services Grant, will submit the application to the Nebraska Crime Commission.

Commissioners will also invited board members of the Richardson County Agricultural Society to review a recent review conducted by the Nebraska State Auditor.

Board members attending were James Standerford, Glenn Hayward, Joe Standerford,Allan King, John Cander and Joe Cook.

Commissioners asked the ag society to make an effort to comply with the state auditor’s recommendations and report their progress back to the county board.
