Jenkins Receives The Caring Kind Award

AUBURN – The Nebraska Hospital Association awarded its  2019 The Caring Kind award to Barb Jenkins during an Oct. 18 luncheon in LaVista.

Jenkins is a 20-year phlebotomist at Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.

Hospital Director Marty Fattig called it a well-deserved award for a star performer that is dedicated to patients and teamwork.

The Caring Kind award has been given to Nebraska’s most caring and compassionate hospital employees for 40 years.
