Giffee Meets With Students For Red Ribbon Week

NEBRASKA CITY – Nebraska State Patrol Officer Tom Giffee spoke at Lourdes Central Catholic during Red Ribbon Week Oct. 28 to Nov. 1.

The State Patrol investigator echoed this year’s Red Ribbon Week theme of “Send a Message. Stay Drug Free.”

He also addressed issues of cyberbullying and legal issues of social media.
