Good Samaritan Society Plans Veteran's Day Program

AUBURN – The Good Samaritan Society is celebrating Veteran’s Day in Auburn on Friday, Nov. 8.
Various Auburn organizations are collaborating for a program from 2 to 3 p.m. in the main dining room.
The American Legion will present colors and Administrator Cassie Greene will introduce guests, including local veterans and representatives of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Auburn High School student essay winners will share their work and the video tribute by Sarah Hanika’s digital media class will be shown.
Steve Collins of Longs Creek Village staff will give the closing prayer.
