NEBRASKA CITY – Four new possession charges have been filed in Otoe County court.

The Nebraska State Patrol stopped a F250 pickup for going 83 in a 70 mph zone of Highway 75 and changing lanes without signaling. Court records say the state trooper found meth in the truck driven by 60-year-old Jerald Rohde of Houston, Texas. Rohde denies possession.

Marie Schulpe, 36, of Peru is charged with possession of methamphetamine. The Nebraska State Patrol stopped a car she was riding in on 11th Street in Nebraska City on Oct. 3.

An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy running radar, stopped Allison Worster of Denton, Neb., on Sept. 14 on Highway 43. She is charged with possession of Adderall.

Steve Miller, 49, is charged with possession of THC oils and THC vape cartridges. A sheriff’s deputy stopped the car he was driving on Highway 2 near Nebraska City on Oct. 4.
