TECUMSEH – Johnson County officials have issued an arrest warrant for a Tecumseh man suspected of crimes linked to problem gambling.

Curtis Criner, 47, of Tecumseh is charged with felony use of his mother’s bank card.

An arrest affidavit says $2,200 was withdrawn from the Tecumseh woman’s bank account Sept. 23 to 25.

The woman told Johnson County deputies that her son has had a gambling problem for a decade. She suspects he used the money at the Sac and Fox casino in Powhattan, Kan.
