Humboldt Teen Charged With Stabbing

FALLS CITY – A Humboldt teen is charged with stabbing his brother on July 31.

An arrest affidavit says 17-year-old Emilio Marquez argued with his brother Enrique and both teens grabbed knives from the kitchen.

Emilio told police he attempted to grab the knife held by Enrique, but realized he had punctured his skin when he saw blood on his chest.

The affidavit says Enrique was treated at the hospital for a collapsed lung caused by the stabbing.
