FALLS CITY- The Falls City City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3.

The agenda includes parking restrictions on Morton Street, donation of real estate for a mini park and operating engineers pension.

The city will discuss purchasing land for an electric substation for the Energy Forward transmission project.

Non-union wages and benefits will also be discussed.

A resolution for the mini park says Southeast Nebraska Communications and president Dorothy Towle desires to donate land at 1511 and 1515 Stone Street. The city recognizes the fair market value of the property at $27,000.
