FALLS CITY - Jordan Lunsford, 33, was sentenced in Richardson County to four to 12 years in prison for drug conspiracy in 2022.

An arrest warrant was issued for Lunsford on Oct. 1 and he was arrested on Oct. 4. The sentencing came after termination of a drug court disposition.

The sentence is concurrent with a Richardson County conviction for attempted delivery in 2020. The arrest affidavit in that case was sealed by the court. It originally alleged 20 counts including possession of money during a drug violation. He was sentenced to two years probation after 19 counts in that case were dropped. The probation was revoked and he was resentenced on Tuesday.

In other court action, Nichole Harkendorff, 46, was scheduled for a settlement conference on Oct. 15.
