Paxson sentenced to jail time

FALLS CITY - Rocky Paxson, 54, of Falls City was sentenced to 120 days in county jail for attempted possession on July 12 and 30 days for resisting arrest.

Paxson is ordered to turn himself in on April 12.

Court records say Paxson was arrested after a Humboldt traffic stop where meth residue was found on a pipe.

He was also sentenced to 18 months probation for possession on July 3.

Court records says deputies served eviction papers at a McLean Street residence and say methamphetamine was found.
