Bobcats qualified with Heart of American Athletic Conference tournament championship
By News Channel NebraskaWICHITA, KAN - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced the 64-team pairings for the 2023 men’s national championship.
Peru State is scheduled to play second-seeded Oklahoma Wesleyan on March 15.
The 16 winners will advance to the NAIA finals site in Kansas City, Mo., March 21-26.
Bellevue qualified as the North Star Tournament champion and a 15-15 record.
20th-ranked Concordia qualified with an at-large bid and a 23-7 record.
Hastings qualified as GPAC Tournament champions and a 23-8 record.
Peru State qualified with the Heart Tournament championship and a 20-11 record.
Also from the Heart of America Athletic Conference are Baker, Kan., and 10th ranked MidAmerica Nazarene, Olathe, Kan.
