Sheriff reports five arrests for assault, possession

 

FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports 19 arrests through Feb. 23, including arrests for assault and possession.

Richard Davidson, 66, of Hiawatha, Kan., is suspected of sexual assault of a child and Cody Gaston, 38, of Morrill, Kan., is suspected of third degree assault.

Adam Adcock, 35,  Amanda Teixeria, 40, and Ryan Prentice, 45, all of Falls City, are suspected of possession.

An arrest affidavit says the Richardson County Sheriff's Office served a knock-and-announce search warrant at a Fulton Street residence in Falls City where Adcock and Teixeria were located. Deputies say meth residue was found on a straw. Adcock denied possession.

Prentice was arrested after sheriff's deputies served a search warrant for a detached garage at an Abbott Street residence in Falls City. Deputies say meth residue was found on a straw inside of a locked box, inside of a tent inside of the garage.

Paul Fouraker, 41, of Springfield, was was arrested for violation of the sex offender registry.
