Sheriff reports arrests through Oct. 27

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports reports 12 arrests through Oct. 27, including four arrests in narcotics enforcement.
Anthony R. Metzger, 32, of Morrill, Kan., is suspected of possession of illegal drugs and criminal possession of a financial device on Oct. 21.
Jesse D. Partlow, 33, of Big Springs, Texas, is suspected of possession of illegal drugs, use of a weapon to commit a felony and no proof of insurance on Oct. 24.
Taseana Covington, 34, of Lincoln is suspected of possession with Intent to deliver, possession of illegal drugs and possession of marijuana on Oct. 26.
Hollie Bosse, 46, of Lincoln is suspected of possession of drugs and paraphernalia on Oct. 27.
The sheriff’s office says 40-year-old Michael Scott of Lincoln is suspected of possession with intent to deliver on Oct. 26, as well as driving under suspension and fictitious plates.
Melanie Rinne, 45, of Summerfield, Kan., is suspected of terroristic threats, stalking and intimidation.
Arrests were also made for a probation sanction, court commitment, driving under suspension and failure to pay fines.
