DCSO investigates Thursday night double homicide, suspect arrested
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says they are investigating a double homicide that happened Thursday night.

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says they are investigating a double homicide that happened Thursday night.
Around 8:52 p.m., DCSO was called to the 6000 block of N 879th Court, for a well-being call.
When deputies arrived, they said they found women people inside the home dead, and they were identified as 55-year-old Lisa Cannon and 30-year-old Marquesha Cannon.
DCSO said they are investigating this as a homicide.
Law enforcement said they have arrested a suspect in connection to the homicides, and he has been identified as 22-year-old Fernandez Mason.
Mason was booked at the Douglas County Department of Corrections for two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony.
