Chrystal Michelle Vohs, age 33 of Omaha, NE died unexpectedly Friday, June 23, 2023. Chrystal was born May 15, 1990 in Council Bluffs, IA to Jeane Beers. She was a 2008 graduate of Millard North High School. Chrystal was a loving sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece and friend.
Chrystal was preceded in death by her mother, Jeane Beers. She is survived by 2 brothers, Cory Vohs and Gary Lee Vohs, Jr. and his long term girlfriend, Star Hendrix; Gary's three children Corbin, Athena, Ariel; Grandparents Charles and Brenda Beers; 2 uncles, Brad Beers and Charlie Beers, Charlie’s wife Sam, and children, Emily and Alex; Aunt Valerie Beers, and numerous other family members and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life 2:00 PM Thursday, June 29, 2023 at the Marshall Funeral Chapel in Sidney, IA. Visitation with family and close friends will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Thursday at the Funeral Chapel.
Leave your sadness at the door as we celebrate the life of Chrystal. While we are still grieving her, we know the last thing she would want is for people to wear black and cry. To honor her fun loving spirit, and her love of America Flag attire, please dress in flag prints, red, white, or blue.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will go to the family. The Marshall Funeral Chapel in Sidney, IA is in charge of arrangements.
