NEBRASKA CITY – A Nebraska City man, who was sentenced for motor vehicle homicide in the death of Shannon Robinson, is facing a new charge of driving while his license is revoked.

An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy told the court that 52-year-old Joshua Fuller left a court hearing on Feb. 24 and drove away from a Central Avenue parking stall.

Fuller was sentenced to three years in prison for motor vehicle homicide and failing to stop and render aid in December of 2020 and his driver’s license was revoked for 10 years.

Prosecutors say 44-year-old Shannon Robinson was fatally wounded when a tire of pickup truck driven by Fuller ran over her at a Nebraska City trailer park.

Fuller was in court Feb. 24 regarding a child custody matter.
