Falls City man arrested for child porn

FALLS CITY, Neb. -- Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol said they have arrested a Falls City man after a child exploitation investigation. 

According to officials, in July 2022, NSP got information about a child exploitation incident.

Authorities said after an investigation, 36-year-old Matthew J. Timothy, was arrested by NSP Monday morning for possession and distribution of child pornography.

Officials said Timothy was lodged in Richardson County Jail.

The investigation remains ongoing.
