Germanfest sign stolen
With Germanfest scheduled Aug. 26-28, signs were strategically placed to advertise the event, but one has been stolen.

By News Channel NebraskaSYRACUSE - With Germanfest scheduled Aug. 26-28, signs were strategically placed to advertise the event, but one has been stolen.
A sign placed at the corner of highways 67 and 128 south of Syracuse is missing.
Anyone with information about the sign is asked to contact city officials.
The Germanfest calendar on Saturday includes a ribfest competition, tapping of the fest keg, viener dog races, best dressed German contest, Hammerschlagen and German dancers. The parade is at 10:45 a.m.
