Page County Fair wraps up Sunday
The 2022 Page County Fair runs from July 26 through July 31 in Clarinda, Iowa.
CLARINDA, Iowa - After beginning last Tuesday, the 2022 Page County Fair enters its final day on Sunday.
Folks have been treated to a variety of entertainment throughout the fair's first five days and there should be great attendance Sunday with the temperatures set to be in the mid to upper 80s.
So far, attendees have witnessed a rabbit show among other 4-H events, mutton busting, a rodeo. Saturday featured ATV races along with a children's pet show and a western horse show.
Here is what is happening for the fair's final day.
From 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Cowboy Church is being held in the Show Arena. The Fair Food Stand will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Chicken Inn.
The release of non-livestock and livestock not selling at the livestock sale happens at 1: 00 p.m. and at 1:30 is the watermelon feed.
At 2:00 p.m. there is a livestock sale to wrap things up. On the docket in order is rabbit, beef, sheep, goat, poultry and swine.
