Sisco shows champion market hog
Barrow has "the look"
SYRACUSE - Tristan Sisco, the 13-year-old son of Jason and Krista Sisco of Otoe, showed the champion market barrow and overall market animal at the Otoe County Fair’s 4-H hog show on Saturday.
He said his crossbred barrow did well early on at “jackpot” shows so he decided to bring the middleweight champion to the fair.

Sisco: “He (the judge) liked his stoutness and the way he walked and very pretty from the side view.”
The judge described the pig as square and stout, but still offering some “Look”
What is the look?

Sisco: “Like you want to them clean up in the front, be able to walk in the rear end, but also have enough belly to fill out the front end and then have enough mass in the back.”

Annalynn Beach has the reserve champion.

Tristan’s sister Kadyn was the top senior showman. Aliyah Beach was the top junior showman with Trent Stubbendick as reserve.
Aiden Velazco showed the top lightweight gilt and Kayden Sisco had the top middle weight gilt.
The overall champion gilt was shown by Trent Stubbendick for the heavyweight class.
