Humboldt pair arrested after traffic stop

HUMBOLDT - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports methamphetamine arrests early Tuesday morning following a traffic stop.

Justin Horne and Sara Marano, both of Humboldt, are suspected of possession of meth.
