(Peru, Neb.)—On Tuesday, April 12, Taylor Finke (Battle Creek) finished in fourth at the College of Saint Mary's Invite shooting 89 overall shooting +17. The Peru State women's golf team finished fourth at the invite. The second part of the invite that was to be played at Midland University on Wednesday, April 13, was canceled due to the potential of inclement weather.
Five teams competed in the invite: Nebraska Wesleyan, College of St. Mary, Morningside University, Peru State and Midland University. Nebraska Wesleyan won the tournament as they finished shooting 365 overall +77, CSM finished in second shooting 368 overall +80, finishing in third was Morningside as they shot 386 +98.
The Bobcats finished in fourth place as they shot 440 overall +152. Rounding out the field was Midland as they shot 484 overall +196.

Taylor Finke (Battle Creek) finished in fourth as she shot an 89 overall shooting +17.
Lara Wells (Girard, Kan.) finished in 23rd shooting a 112 overall shooting +40.
Carly Johnson (Schuyler) finished in 24th place as she shot 119 overall shooting +47
In 25th place was Brooklyn Brenneis (Tekamah) as she shot 120 overall shooting +48
Olivia McAsey (Holton, Kan.) finished in 26th as she shot 123 overall shooting +51.
Jayden Duff (Pittsburg, Kan.) finished 28th overall shooting 140 overall shooting +68.
The Peru State women's golf team will head to Raymore, Missouri on Monday, April 25 and Tuesday, April 26 for the Heart Conference Tournament. It is the last tournament of the season.
