NEBRASKA CITY -  Auburn senior Marcus Hudson had 20 points in the Bulldog’s 55 to 47 win Tuesday at Nebraska City Lourdes Central Catholic.

Two, first quarter 3-pointers by Lourdes’ Blake Miller and five points by senior Beau Lee gave Lourdes a 14 to 4 lead, but Hudson was flawless from 3-point range putting Auburn up 23 to 16.

His 3-pointer to open the second half put Auburn up by 11 points and his layup and foul shot gave Auburn a 35 to 27 advantage. He handled a pass from ¾ of court away and put Auburn up by 10.

Auburn took a 12 point lead into the fourth quarter and went up 46 to 33 with a driving layup by Ryan Binder.

A 3-pointer by Maverick Binder gave Auburn its largest lead of the day, 13 points, in the fourth quarter.

Blake Miller had 14 points on the game for Lourdes.
