La Vista man charged in accident that killed two young women and two children from Kansas
PLATTSMOUTH - Charges have been filed against the driver accused of causing a Highway 75 accident that killed four people last January.
Ronald Dubas, 56, of La Vista is charged with four counts of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide and is scheduled for a Jan. 11 court appearance.
Nebraska State Patrol investigators say the pickup he was driving crossed the center line near Union and collided head-on with a Chevy Cobalt.
Two young women and two children from Kansas were killed. There was one survivor in the Cobalt.
An arrest affidavit says a third vehicle swerved to avoid a collision.
