Hoagland sentenced to consecutive probation
State drops felony allegations

FALLS CITY – Kimberly Hoagland, 34, of Humboldt was sentenced to consecutive one-year probation terms in a Richardson District County court on Tuesday.
Hoagland was sentenced to a year on a conviction of attempted possession of methamphetamine in September of 2020, and a consecutive year for misdemeanor attempted tampering with a witness in July of 2020.
In a plea agreement, the state dropped allegations of delivery and possession of money on Sept. 5.
