NEBRASKA CITY – Separate drug delivery charges are filed in Otoe County against a Colorado man accused of THC products and a Nebraska City man accused of intent to deliver methamphetamine.

An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy told the court he stopped a vehicle driven by 50-year-old David Balfour while on patrol in the Kearney Hill area on Aug. 1. An arrest affidavit says Nebraska City police found 4.6 grams of meth and “distribution baggies,” as well as a loaded syringe, in the vehicle.

Raymond Brisko, 27, of Lone Tree, Colo., is charged with delivery on Aug. 4.

A Nebraska state trooper conducted a Highway 2 traffic stop and says he located marijuana, THC products and a smoking pipe with meth residue. An arrest affidavit also says a locked safe was found in a backpack.
The trooper said Brisko provided a key to safe, which contained $1,620 in cash.

On July 31, Lilliana Watson, 21, of Nebraska City was arrested at the 11th Street car wash. An affidavit says a sheriff’s deputy found a gram of meth in a car.

Walter Freeman, 46, of Dixon, Ill., is charged with possession of a deadly weapon on Aug. 3.

A state trooper stopped Dixon on Highway 2 and says he found a 12-inch knife in the vehicle.

In Nemaha County, 49-year-old Adrian Kern of Cocoa, Fla., is charged with a deadly weapon by a prohibited person following a traffic stop by the Nebraska State Patrol.
