Joseph Gillott, 36, of Plattsmouth was sentenced to three to four years in prison for burglary on July 28.

Gillott, who was serving a probation sentence while completing drug court, was arrested for breaking into the Future Technologies communication tower on 96th Street in Cass County. Investigators say copper was stolen from the facility.

Gillott is also ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution.
