AUBURN - An arrest warrant has been issued for a truck driver accused of fleeing arrest through Auburn with a load of cattle.

David Ivey, 49, of LaFollette, Tenn., is accused of forcing traffic on the shoulder to avoid being hit on Highway 75 outside of town and driving into town as speeds of 75 mph.

An arrest affidavit says Ivey told deputies the trailer was empty, but it still had a load of 59 head of cattle. Ivey bonded out of jail nine days later.
