FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports felony arrests on drug charges.

Kimberly Hoagland, 33, and Rickey Long, 37, both of Humboldt are suspected of delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a playground, possession and child abuse.

Arrest affidavits have been sealed by the court. Bond provisions of $900 to $1,000 were set.

Hoagland was arrested Oct. 22 on a warrant. She is scheduled for a Nov. 9 court hearing.
