County Reaches Plea In Crowbar Robbery Claims

NEBRASKA CITY – Jessica Binau, 25, of Nebraska City has been sentenced to 170 days in jail on an amended charge of theft.

Binau and 22-year-old Brooklyn Proplesch were arrested in March after a man said he was threatened with a crowbar and robbed. Police told the court that the women told him the man owed them money.

Binau was given credit for 94 days already served in jail.
