SIDNEY – The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest Monday charging intent of sexual abuse against a juvenile.
Freddie Phillips, 65, of Syracuse is suspected of lascivious conduct at Waubonsie State Park in May.
A sheriff’s office press release says a second assault is alleged in Johnson County, Neb., and says a joint investigation was conducted with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
