Falls City High School To Hold Graduation Ceremony
FALLS CITY- The Falls City Public Schools will be following the Governor’s and Nebraska Department of Education Commissioner’s guidance regarding graduation ceremonies.
Governor Pete Rickets updated the Directed Health Measures allowing graduations to happen under the “Gatherings” portion of the DHM after June 1.
The School Board discussed that they will not exceed 25 percent of rated occupancy of Jug Brown Stadium (400), graduates are limited to a maximum of eight guests and facemasks are encouraged but not required.
Graduation will be June 20th, at 2 p.m. in Jug Brown Stadium.
In their school board meeting they also discussed that re-opening planning is underway as schools plan to re-open the doors for all students and staff on Aug. 13th.
