Nebraska City Woman Charged With Possession
Deputy says driver appeared to be passed out
AUBURN – Kaley Hinkley, 24, of Nebraska City is charged with possession of Diazepam on May 6.
A Nemaha County sheriff’s deputy was dispatched on a report of a Chevrolet pickup that sat through two red lights and the driver appeared to be sleeping.
An arrest affidavit says the pickup had moved before a sheriff’s deputy arrived, but says Hinkley appeared to be passed out when the deputy found the truck improperly parked at Brookridge Terrace.
