FALLS CITY – Charges are pending in Richardson County for a Falls City couple accused of dealing marijuana in a school zone and child endangerment.
A sheriff’s office Facebook post says 34-year-old Ashley Pohlman and 36-year-old Matthew Pohlman were arrested after deputies served a search warrant at their East 16th Street residence on May 2.
Court documents say the sheriff’s office sought the search warrant after a confidential informant acquired marijuana from the residence in a controlled buy.
Deputies report finding marijuana, THC wax, THC cartridges and $3,000 in a safe.
