Mendenhall Accused Of Offensive Language
Complaint of disturbing the peace filed in Richardson County

By News Channel NebraskaFALLS CITY – Robert Mendenhall of Humboldt is scheduled for arraignment Monday in Richardson County Court on a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace on Sept. 4.
Deputy Richardson County Attorney Samantha Scheitel asked for a special prosecutor in February and Nemaha County Attorney Louie Ligouri was appointed.
A complaint filed by Ligouri says Mendenhall disturbed the peace of Kelly Joy by yelling and hollering profanities and otherwise vulgar language.
