NEBRASKA CITY – Special Deputy Otoe County Attorney Mariah Nickel has filed charges of third degree sexual assault of a child against a 20-year-old Nebraska City man.

The Nebraska State Patrol arrested Dylan Holman on Tuesday based on an investigation that started with a call to the child abuse hotline regarding an alleged incident at the First Step Learning Center in Nebraska City.

A nine-year-old girl told an interviewer at the Child Advocacy Center that while she was at the daycare her breast was touched on top of her clothing and she did not like it.

The complaint filed in Otoe County Court alleges four victims of touching after Holman was hired at the daycare in 2018.

In a court appearance Wednesday, Holman said he is no longer working at the day care.

Judge David Partsch set bond at $50,000.
He instructed Holman to work through jail services to seek an attorney.
