Weeping Water Man Charged With Beating His Mother's Boyfriend With A BB Gun

PLATTSMOUTH – A 21-year-old Weeping Water man is charged with felony assault involving his mom’s boyfriend.

Noah Dewane is accused of kicking in a door of a room where the victim was staying and hitting him multiple times in the back of his head with a BB gun. Cass County deputies say the victim refused treatment after he was cleared by EMS.

An arrest affidavit says the victim told sheriff deputies he ended the attack by placing Dewane into a headlock.

Bond for Dewane was set at $50,000.
