FALLS CITY – Investigators say a major supplier of the methamphetamine that made its way to East View Apartments in Falls City is behind bars.

A Richardson County Sheriff’s Office investigation included eight property searches and four warrants over a span of two days, including five residences at East View Apartments in Falls City. Through a series of jailhouse interviews that followed, investigators developed distribution allegations against 40-year-old Rylee Ralston and 45-year-old Nicole Harkendorff.

Arrest affidavits say witnesses link Ralston to 191 grams of meth over sixth months and investigators claim that a portion of that total came from 33-year-old Bryant Corbin of Fairfax, Mo.

Corbin is described as “another supplier” by an East View Apartment resident who told investigators about traveling to Horton, Kan., and also Fairfax. Investigators, however, describe Corbin as “the supplier” for at least one month of the sixth-month time period.

The sheriff’s office reported 18 arrests the last eight days of January, including eight alleging possession of illegal drugs.

Among those were Ralston, Harkendorff, 53-year-old Raymond Scarberry and 29-year-old Taylor Rogers.
