5:36 p.m. – Emergency management reports flooding in Saddle Creek area at Omaha. Water up to windows of cars and dumpsters floating.

The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning at 4:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. in Pottawattamie and eastern Douglas County. A flash flood warning was also issued.

4:48 p.m. – OPPD reports 749 power outages in Cass County

4:33 p.m. – A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for western Lancaster County.
